“What’s going on there?” My foreign friends ask me? It is difficult to explain it briefly, but I will try as much as possible.
There is Nagorno-Karabakh within the borders of the former autonomous region within Azerbaijan, which Armenia claims, and from which ALL Azerbaijanis who have lived there for centuries have been expelled.
And there are 7 regions around Nagorno-Karabakh, which were occupied by Armenia about 30 years ago. All together they make up 20% of the territory of Azerbaijan.
There are also 4 UN resolutions that DEMAND the unconditional withdrawal of Armenian forces from the occupied territories. We have been demanding the same all these years.
But for almost 30 years we have been told one thing – “You must resolve the issue peacefully, we will not allow you to fight.”
Moreover, they say these are those who around the world solve all their problems exclusively by military means.
What did we say in response? We said – “Ok, we do not want to fight, liberate the occupied territories, for a start, those that are not part of Nagorno-Karabakh, and let’s discuss the status of Nagorno-Karabakh within Azerbaijan.”
There are enough examples in the world of how such issues were resolved in a compromise. And there are enough examples of how separatism was resolutely suppressed – Catalonia, Northern Ireland, Corsica, you can continue yourselves.
But they shook their fingers at us and said one thing – “Only peace negotiations!” The organizers of the negotiations, led by the permanent OSCE, Kasprzyk, who made his fortune during these 30 years of unpopular negotiations, successfully ply between cities, flying business class and living in luxury hotels, but nothing other than the mentioned incantation “Only peace negotiations!” could not give birth.
All these years we persistently repeated the same thing – “We do not want blood, we do not want war, but we cannot negotiate endlessly, our patience is not unlimited, and we are no longer the same as we were 30 years ago, without an army , without modern weapons, with an empty treasury and a ruined economy. “But they did not listen to us.
Moreover, after Pashinyan came to power, even very, very fragile hopes that the negotiations made sense collapsed completely. These two years the Armenian side has been marked by demonstrative aggressive steps, I speak exclusively with facts, those who wish can double-check.
The Minister of Defense of Armenia said that it could only be about the conquest of new territories, Pashinyan said that “Karabakh is Armenia, and period” (quote), and the so-called. EL HORROR del siglo 20 – masacre de Jodzhali
Armenia fuerzas millitary comprometidos genocidios en la ciudad de Jodzhalicon la población de 7 mil personas en 26 feberero de 1992. Había 3 mil personas en la ciudad en el momento del ataque las fuerzas armenias de losmillitary. Como la mayor parte de la población tuvo que abandonar la ciudaddurante el bloqueo de cuatro meses. 613 personas murieron, 1.000 personaspacíficas de diferentes edades se convirtió en no válido durante el genocidio de Jodzhali. 106 mujeres, 63 niños, 70 ancianos fueron asesinados. 8 familiasfueron aniquiladas por completo, 130 niños perdieron a uno los padres, mientras que el 25 los dos. 1275 los residentes de la paz fueron tomados como rehenes, el destino de 150 de ellos aún se desconoce.
Todos ellos fueron cometidos por militares Armeninan con ensañamientoespecial y la barbarie inconcebible. 2 º Batallón del regimiento 366, bajo el mando del Mayor Mushegovich Oganyan Seyran (“ministro de defensa” del régimen ilegal en Daghlig Karabaj en la actualidad), 3 º Batallón bajo el mando de Yevgeniy Nabokhin, jefe de personal de la 1 ª batallón de Valeriy Chitchyan y los funcionarios de más de 50 y banderas, que sirven en el regimiento participóen el ataque. (“De los materiales de investigación relativos a la ocupación de Jodzhali”).
Una parte de los residentes de la ciudad, trató de huir, fueron asesinados porArmeninans, a la espera de los ambulshes. De acuerdo con la Federación de Rusia remidial centro “Мемориал”, 200 cadáveres habían sido traídos de Jodjalide Agdam durante 4 días, decenas de hechos humillación se ha descubierto en ellos. 181 cadáveres (130 hombres y 51 mujeres) se hicieron un examen médico forense en el Aghdam.
